25 minutes by tram to city center, 5 minute walk to grocery stores, 3 minute walk to tram stop, 12 minute bike ride to beach.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a combination oven/microwave. There is a separate induction stove. There is a refrigerator and a separate mini-freezer. We also have a Ninja Creami Deluxe, a Ninja Blast Max, ice maker, a sandwich press, muffin tins, baking sheet, casserole dish, a frying pan, a soup pot, a saucepan, and other basic cooking supplies.

FITNESS

There is a small trampoline, 5kg weights, a yoga mat, and two bicycles for use with the apartment. Use of gym membership may also be possible - BasicFit is a 6 minute bike ride away, and open 24/7.

OUTDOOR RECREATION

There are multiple large recreation areas within walking distance: Ockenburgh and Madestein. Both great for walks, runs and bike rides. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are also sometimes possible. Kijkduin beach is very close - only 12 minutes by bike and a short distance by tram.

CLEANING

There is an €80 cleaning fee per stay.
